About the Craftsman
Brian Bretzinger has been perfecting his woodturning craft for 15 years.
Heartland Woodcrafts is Brian's Indiana workshop, where his maker-led business has taken shape around better hardwoods, better tools, and a quieter place to work. After the day job, he is often out in the shop on cool spring and summer evenings, turning beautiful hardwood into pieces meant to be held, used, and noticed.
He sources Indiana maple, curly maple, walnut, cherry, and other figured woods, then lets the grain, texture, and weight guide the finished piece. The result is a collection of peppermills, bottle toppers, tea light holders, and custom gifts made to be used and cherished.
